The Chinatown area, in Lima, is one of the biggest in Latin America. The country received thousands of Chinese émigrés at the beginning of the XXth century, making a great impact on the Peruvian cuisine. Nowadays, the Chaufa Cuisine is one of the great delicatessen of the country, and you can find it at any Chinese restaurant of the city.

El barrio Chino en Lima es uno de los mas grandes en America Latina. A principios del siglo XX, el país recibió a cientos de emigrantes Chinos, generando un gran impacto en la cocina peruana. Actualmente el "Arroz Chaufa" es una de las grandes delicias culinarias del país y Ud. puede encontrarlo en cualquier restaurante Chino de la ciudad.

El Chifa original oportunidad de negocio rentable nació aquí. Lima's Chinatown- I have to say, Chinese food in Peru is a million times better  than in the US. Chinese restuarants in Peru are called "Chifas", mostly known for their fried rice.

Tengo que decirles que la comida China en Perú es un millón de veces mejor que en USA. Los restaurantes Chinos en Perú se llaman "Chifas", muy conocidos por el "Arroz Chaufa".
